So, I filled in a chunk of that bottom left corner, ended up coming up on the rainbow thingy. Not sure which community is behind it, but they were pretty serious about defending it.

Few points:
1.This flag is definitely too big.
2. It was nice to have a Pixel battle with humans and not a farm of bots. I don't know who you are rainbow peeps, but that was a fun thing to do on my second screens while watching a movie.
3. I think I'll start a Bluey mosaic. I'm patriotic enough, but a canvas of flags is a bit meh. Right now, the ponies are the most interesting thing on the canvas, and that's just sad. They need some competition.

I thought about maybe doing a King Gizzard thing somewhere in a corner once the flag is mostly done.

I agree that the flag is simply too big, most other users don't seem to even know what we're doing so they're just randomly drawing over it which kinda sucks but was to be expected. It'll probably look awesome once it's all finished, though, if it gets finished in time.

I think I’ll start a Bluey mosaic.

I can help you if you want, if you have a template

  1. I know, next time it'll be small
  2. Yeah it is nice, but remember that the flag goes under art (but fighting with the rainbow is fine)
  3. Ok cool. Are you gonna make it on the flag or somewhere else?

Well that raises interesting internal conflicts… yea go Aussie flag! …but does it feel really weird these days to be vigorously fighting for pixels on the Union Jack?

I admire the optimism

Hi there fellow Aussies. You are either gonna hate me, or love me.

When I first opened the canvas I don't believe your Australian flag was there. I went on to make a Fortnite F, then expanded to the whole logo, and finally a lovely heart. Yes, I know that's all very cringe but I don't care. When I woke the next day I was surprised to discover that my art had still not been attacked, so I began a Project Zomboid Logo. Eventually I noticed the formation of your flag but I already had received a notice that the canvas would be closing in 24 hours.

I'm sorry, I think your flag was ambitious, but I don't see it getting completed. I really wanted us to have some representation, and I'm also jealous of New Zealand as their flag is schmick. My son and I decided to create some token Australian Flags near my other artwork (as it started to get attacked and I needed to keep an eye on it.) If you want to help with protection, or even expansion, you can find those (significantly smaller) flags at 115, 466 on the canvas. You can also talk to me thru Place Australia on Discord in the #post-place channel.

Perhaps we can draw something else before close?

At least we succeeded in making a union jack :)
