I can say with strong certainty that they were expecting to be welcomed with open arms as some kind of saviors. They really are that brainwashed.

I can't imagine anybody who'd be interested in meeting Usha Vance. She's aligned with fascists, so that eliminates anybody who isn't a fascist. She's a brown hindu, so the fascists aren't interested in meeting her either.

I would have expected them to get denied entry at the border, anyway. Why would they allow someone who is a threat to their national security into the country?
