Two places in North Wales have been identified as being among the hardest places to live in Wales. And they are both in the Wrexham county area - Caia Park and Cefn Mawr.

That's according to new research, which shows the massive gulf between areas. Poverty is a huge driving force in making life difficult but it is far from the only factor.

I worked in Wrexham for about 12 months with children who'd been removed from their parents, the place is an absolute shit hole. The kids don't stand a chance. Now bear in mind I was born in Wrexham and lived there for a short spell as a child. We would have to try and find the kids who'd absconded at night and running around Caia Park at 12am was absolutely scary as fuck.

Had no idea things were so bad up there. There are some rough places in the Valleys, but I don't think like that.

Honestly we desperately need investment in Wales in places other than the big cities.
