Like a broken clock, sometimes he is right, but not on purpose.

[–] Peppycito@sh.itjust.works 9 points 2 days ago

Sometimes even a calculator can be a clock.

[–] Foofighter@discuss.tchncs.de 9 points 1 day ago

Truly a man ahead of his time.

[–] LuxSpark@lemmy.cafe 42 points 2 days ago (1 children)

He must have had it all planned out.

[–] WHARRGARBL@lemmy.world 13 points 2 days ago

It’s always projection

[–] als@lemmy.blahaj.zone 13 points 2 days ago

I would say it aged perfectly

[–] shalafi@lemmy.world 8 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Stock market's not crashing, but lord knows where it'll end up. Unemployment is at 4.1% and that's within a point of rock bottom. (It was 4.2% at the time of this idiot tweet.)

If we're not looking at the naissance of WWIII, we're at least looking at a total realignment of geopolitics, with no upside for the US.

Well over 62,000 federal workers lost jobs across 17 agencies in February this year, it is estimated if DOGE layoffs continue at this trend total job losses could reach 500,000 by year-end, this obviously doesn't represent the undocumented and the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics won't / can't track these statistics. I personally don't believe that the unemployment rate is accurate at this point, we can only wait until the figures come out in early April.

This is poetry. The unfortunate thing is that the person who said it doesn't understand what's happening

[–] VieuxQueb@lemmy.ca 3 points 2 days ago (1 children)

You sais that right. Pure poetry they will never understand.

Welcome to lemmy !

[–] doug@lemmy.today 25 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Nothing in that picture aged well.

[–] DogPeePoo@lemm.ee 10 points 2 days ago

I wonder if Elon removed his diaper before giving him road head

[–] suite403@lemmy.world 17 points 2 days ago

I'm gonna make this a sticker

[–] TrickDacy@lemmy.world 17 points 2 days ago (1 children)

People said during his first term that he's not the worst president in American history. I think he may already have won over even those people.

[–] spooky2092@lemmy.blahaj.zone 1 points 2 days ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (1 children)

Nah, some of us know he's going to beat his score from last time....

[–] TrickDacy@lemmy.world 1 points 1 day ago (1 children)
[–] spooky2092@lemmy.blahaj.zone 1 points 1 day ago (1 children)

He's going to beat his score, ie he'll be worse than he was last time.

[–] TrickDacy@lemmy.world 1 points 1 day ago

Yeah exactly. He did maybe more damage in his first month than he did in 4 years

[–] El_Scapacabra@lemm.ee 8 points 2 days ago

Good thing that Tesla was already worthless, they'll never get the stench out.

[–] Willy@sh.itjust.works 6 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Isn’t this picture from yesterday?

[–] modus@lemmy.world 6 points 1 day ago

That's the joke. He posted that tweet about Biden. But it fits him more appropriately.

[–] HappySkullsplitter@lemmy.world 11 points 2 days ago

Does Dementia Don even know how to drive? Are his tiny hands even capable of handling the wheel? Won't his leaking diaper ruin the interior? Will he poorly put bronzer on those white seats just like his face?

Find out on the next episode of What the Fuck is This Timeline?

[–] RedditWanderer@lemmy.world 10 points 2 days ago

Pretty sure U.S presidents are not allowed to drive themselves. This is an ad

[–] rockettaco37@lemmy.world 9 points 2 days ago (1 children)

It'd almost be funny if it wasn't so ironic

[–] suite403@lemmy.world 5 points 2 days ago (1 children)

If we make it out of this, I can just imagine future generations studying our time. They're going to have even more insight into fascism MAGA insanity than we do with Nazis. Imagine the memes in history books.

[–] rockettaco37@lemmy.world 5 points 2 days ago

The whole 2020s are probably going to be a unit. A massive pandemic followed immediately by a dictatorship

[–] ThaMunsta@sh.itjust.works 3 points 1 day ago

The good ol' days.

[–] aceshigh@lemmy.world 3 points 1 day ago

It’s projection.

[–] FlashMobOfOne@lemmy.world 4 points 2 days ago

The real bummer is that he wasn't wrong and didn't have to lie.
