In purely fiscal terms, study after study shows that a dollar invested in child care yields a greater financial return over a lifetime than any other expenditure of public funds.

Much of the world (notably South Korea, Japan, et al) need to take a close look at this

... and that was his biggest failure for which I'll never forgive him.

You know how smöl PP might be our next PM? (Polling is shifting towards LPC but it's still quite possible)... had he actually gotten serious about MMP or PR the CPC's extremist views wouldn't stand a chance.
