According to Wolfram Alpha on the low end that's about 9.6 millijoules, roughly the acoustic energy of a whisper.
Not a lot on a human scale, but that's a single subatomic particle which does make it super impressive.
Thats so cool. I thought the super-kamiokande was the last planned neutrino detector, very cool that they're building more.
