Paramount+ has opted not to renew Frasier for a third season. Producer CBS Studios remains committed to the series and will it to other outlets.

I'm surprised it made it to season 2. It was not great. Honestly they should have just made it a full on spinoff, called it Freddie.

About a guy getting fingered?

I'd be fine with a Freddie spin off right now

Grammer is a right wing nutjob, so he can fuck off. I don't support him or his bullshit, and I hope he never gets a second chance at popularity.

Other than Designated Survivor and Manifest, when have "shopped" shows been picked up?

The expanse?

But yeah, rarely.

I don’t know about shopped but Brooklyn Nine-Nine was picked up by NBC the day after it was canceled.

That's because they owned the show and it just aired on Fox in the USA

Yeah something similar happened to 9-1-1, that wasn't exactly the type of scenario I was thinking of

I don't remember the name of the show but it was streets ahead

The last season of Designated Survivor was awful tho.
