8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body

MODERATORS
We should extend the "safe at home" program to trans people now. Hateful people can't be trusted with their personal info.
I used to be a part of it and faced a lot of discrimination. My ex'es family has a stalker (I was living with them, so I had to join). My ID/ drivers license had a PO box instead of an address. Whenever I'd tell people I was in the program, they'd say it was bullshit, then THEY'D get yelled at, and then I'd get a little extra nice treatment. I wish trans people could get the same.
Republicans feel like stalkers to me. You just want to live your own life and identify as your own person, and you have these weirdoes judging your privates? Let people be safe and fuck off pretending to do the same.
Sorry… they say gender identity is not immutable… as in… it is mutable….. as in it can change… but you can be arrested if it does change? Fucking… what?

Identity =/= Gender =/= Sex
Sex is the physical sexual characteristics of your body. Such as breasts, penis or vagina. This can be altered by surgery or way more commonly, hormones which greatly alter the makeup of sex organs. It is also why people born with a mix of sexual characteristics are called intersex.
Gender is the social construct performance that we all do to interact with the world. Gender roles have changed a lot over time and culture, most easily seen by cooking being womens work and having a job being men's. Gender can and does change a lotRedneck, goth, jock are all genders because it tells you something about how that person interacts with the world socially. There is no wrong way to be a human, you can have multiple genders and every gender is inherently valid.
Identity is who you see yourself as in the mirror. It's sort of immposible to describe who that is, so many express it via gender, but not exclusively. Many people are happy in their gender role, but see themselves differently. This is something that can change over time, but not willingly be changed.
The state assumes everyones sex determines their gender and identity so documents use the three interchangeably and it drives me up the wall.
Imagine Henry Ford saying, “You can have any color you want as long as you want black.” and then adding, “And if you paint the car red we will shoot you!”
He would likely also add, "if you're a Jew, please step into the traincar which will provide you safe passage to the summer camp where warm showers we have provided await."

Generally yes, they tell people not to repaint them and if they do there's a sternly worded letter to change it back. If you do not they won't sell you another Ferrari. You could find someone to sell you one, but anyone who third party sells a Ferrari is also blacklisted. (Since all sales technically involve you selling it back to Ferrari, then THEY sell it to the person)
You also agree to these terms (painting, not debadging, etc) when you bought the car. There have been some examples where Ferrari even sued over "use of vehicle for malicious intent"
