Israel ignored pleas from the World Health Organization (WHO) to stop attacking medical facilities in northern Gaza, with a medical worker telling Middle East Eye on Thursday that heavy shelling and gunfire from unmanned quadcopters was taking place in the direction of the war-battered Indonesian Hospital.

Dr Rawia Tambour told MEE that Israeli forces were firing heavy artillery shells in the vicinity of the facility in Beit Lahia, while quadcopters shot at anything that moved.

When your agenda is Crimes Against Humanity, World Health Organization appeals simply don't matter.

Well, the WHO was public enemy number one to the Political Right only a few years ago, so they must be cheering this on.

"Israel has a right to defend itself (from public healthcare)!"

The US is cheering on the destruction of public Healthcare

US politicians are just doing what they are paid by AIPAC to do. Our government is a band of mercenaries with no real ideology of their own.

The US public is ignored and if we're honest-- doesnt matter, except for a brief moment every few years in carefully stage-managed elections where no real choice is available. I dont know why anyone bothers to poll US citizens.

They have to, to convince Americans that they're in a democracy.

Why would they suddenly start listening to the WHO now? They have yet to give a fuck.

The aim, with US connivance, has always been to provoke a wider war.
