I been thinkinig about starting Foundation. Is it really that good as everyone claims?

To be honest I've heard more frequently that it was a bit of a let down. However, this is primarily coming from readers of the book and I think they are disappointment that it isn't a great adaptation. Personally I've never read it so without knowing anything about it I think it is alright. Not amazing, but alright.

That was the sentiment I heard after Season 2 finished. These days it's almost an instant no for me when I hear someone say "best Sci-Fi ever", so I'm very vary.

I just finished Season 2 and thought it was a noticeable step-up in quality compared to Season 1, which was already well worth watching, despite its flaws.
