Post guidelines
Title format
Post title should mirror the news source title.
URL format
Post URL should be the original link to the article (even if paywalled) and archived copies left in the body. It allows avoiding duplicate posts when cross-posting.
[Opinion] prefix
Opinion (op-ed) articles must use [Opinion] prefix before the title.

They banned them in Canada too sort of. The way it works is that the disposable vapes now need to contain a much larger amount of juice and have reusable battery packs. Basically, disposables have just become regular vapes again (similar to STLTHs)
It's been interesting watching it go full circle
From Australia on vacation in Europe right now. It's shocking how many people smoke and vape etc.
It's much better now. 20 something years ago, I was a freshman med student. It was disturbingly common for a teacher (a doctor) to start smoking in the middle of a lecture, which were held in auditoriums inside the hospital.
Many years ago, I went to see a doctor. He smelled like he had just smoked a pack of cigarettes during his last break. I found it very difficult to take any of his words seriously since the smell was so disturbing.
