For some of us, the lack of commas does make it hard to read.
where would commas go to make it make sense? 🤔
Alright, it needs some other punctuation, too, but that's not so bad.
I'm raising my kids by "if you have anything nice to say, say it" and "if you have anything nice you can do, do it".
i read it twice and somehow didn't notice the word "do" appears twice 🤡

Its not particularly difficult to parse and aside from some punctuation issues it sounds like this kid has their head screwed on right

This relies on knowledge of the common saying "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all". If you've never encountered that saying, this post probably looks like word soup.

My brain parsed it fine. Maybe I've spent too long online and I've adapted to the lack of punctuation.
