Sadly these two games are exclusive to Nintendo platforms, is there a way to play them on a Xbox Series S through emulation, using a legitimate (not pirated) copy?

Unfortunately not really. It’s not powerful enough.

However you can tune your Xbox into dev mode and install retroarch and try it.

If this link doesn’t work just google retroarch Xbox.

I dont think.any Switch emulators run on the Xbox platform. The Xbox is obviously powerful enough, but none of the emulators are ported to the console.
