Prometheus is the Titan that took fire and gave it to humans. The other titans punished him for this by chaining him to a mountain and sending an eagle to eat his liver every day.

Do you think it was it the same eagle, or a rotation?

I imagine even an immortal eagle would get pretty tired of the same routine.

Nah this particular eagle livers for the routine

Prometheus stole fire from the gods.

His punishment for doing so was being tied to a rock where an eagle would eat his liver every day (the liver comes back each morning).

Infinite liver glitch what’s the going rate for one slightly used liver?

Absolutely outstanding screencap I assume this is tumblr

You can tell it's Tumblr because the last comment adds nothing to the conversation
