This used to be an option, now it isn't. I found command line solutions which would be fine, but they're all for scheduling sleep for set times, I want set durations.

Sorry if this misunderstands the problem, but on searching it looks like the settings have moved to System settings > lock screen (previously found in energy saver or battery).

There is a program called amphetamine that does exactly this.
