NSFL. This is particularly gruesome:

The official confirmation came after photos circulated on messaging app WhatsApp depicting a severed head on top of a pick-up truck, appearing to be that of Arcos. Reuters could not independently verify the photos' authenticity.

Is gore like this not SFL? I feel like it's more NSFW.

Dang, man. I'd love to visit Mexico and it's vast deposit of ancient archeological sites, but I'll just never feel safe enough to do so. It's probably quite safe to visit the tourist areas, as tourism brings in a lot of money for both the government and the cartels, but I'm just not interested in sitting around a gated community filled with drunk tourists.

I bet the majority of the time and most places it's fine but some of these things you read are just not encouraging.

It's the kind of stuff I imagine if you don't cause them trouble they won't bother with you.

The mayor though, probably had plans that made the cartels unhappy. Just look at how many people want Biden and Trudeau dead right now. Politics are dangerous if you piss off the wrong people.
