The concrete master, walking radiation hazard, Albrecht's pet project Warframe - Qorvex!

Release date: 2023-12-13

Passive: All primary, secondary, selective melee weapons (Glaives and Gunblades), and Crucible Blast wielded by Qorvex gain Core Exposure, granting them a +3 Punch Through bonus.
Chyrinka Pillar - Summon a Chyrinka Pillar that slows enemies. It pulses Radiation Damage with a guaranteed Status Effect.
Containment Wall - Contain the threat. Qorvex summons walls that slam together, damaging all enemies caught between them and inflicting Radiation Status.
Disometric Guard - Guard yourself and nearby allies against Status Effects. Each time Qorvex kills or assists in killing an enemy affected by Radiation Status, the number of Status Effects Disometric Guard can prevent increases.
Crucible Blast - Release a beam from Qorvex's Crucible Core. Each enemy struck suffers Radiation Damage with a guaranteed Status Effect. Enemies affected by Radiation Status explode in a chain reaction.

Acquisition: Main blueprint is acquired upon completion of Whispers in the Walls quest. His component blueprints are acquired from Sanctum Anatomica Bounties. Alternatively Qorvex's blueprints can be purchased from Bird 3.

I still haven't gotten Qorvex to this day. His kit didn't look very fun or interesting to me, and nothing he could accomplish looked particularly impressive compared to other frames I already had. He can explode groups with his 1 + 4 combo but as soon as the enemy density becomes anything less than Steel Path survival he falls off hard. Not a big fan of the guy.

~~He is fairly easy to get in my experience. Takes about an hour of Entrati lab Disruption. Staying longer is really rewarding, because after the first few rounds you get consistent C rewards (given you don't let any of the conduits be blown up).~~

~~The Necramechs are beefy, but they are slow and don't cancel abilities.~~

~~If you care for the mastery, that is.~~

Edit: nope, that's Dante. I got him mixed up with Qorvex.

Qorvex is obtained from bounties, but can also be acquired with standing at the appropriate rank.

Qorvex's +3m of punch through is nice to have if you're using non AOE weapons/innate punch through, typically these mods have a fairly high capacity drain making them harder to slot on some builds.

Chyrinka Pillar is okay at providing some minor CC around points/objectives but enemies with Overguard really hurts its effectiveness by preventing the enemies from being CC'd, and enemies with Overguard seem to be becoming more common with newer updates.

Containment Wall works well in hallways and groups enemies into a line making his passive more effective assuming you're making use of punch through. The enemies are also Rad proc'd so they typically keep attacking each other in a large group rather than spreading out afterwards.

Disometric Guard is great to have on Radiation based sorties to prevent your teammates from killing each other or the objective. Also good to have against lichs/sisters that can inflict Radiation status, and a lot of tenet weapons have Radiation as base part of their base damage.

Crucible Blast is basically Sol Gate but with more base damage.

With his damaging abilities being Radiation, he's not very effective in most missions. It's probably a worse damage/status type since the update to simplify damage. Sentients are rare in most content and the Murmur are the only other faction it's strong against. This is also the tileset where you commonly get modifiers like enemies with Overguard when playing Deep Archimedean missions diminishing the effectiveness Radiation's friendly fire.
