Our luck? Very few other countries in the world even have to worry about hurricanes.

Climate change might be making them worse but that's still a horrible title.

You have not read the article, right?

This is explicitly referring to this hurricane season that has all the ingredients to be especially bad, but due to shere luck hasn't so far.
