You haven't heard of Sports Illustrated? Maybe just an American thing, but they were a big time sports magazine when I was growing up. Maybe the biggest. Company probably changed management 2 dozen times since then though. I'd assume it's real/not satire.

Ah lmao, yeah they're doing a good job burying the brand... but yep same company . I guess "SI" is just the name of their web presence.
