This is the worst part for me. I have to function on stress even for the basics and it’s gonna kill me.
Comic Strips
Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

This is me right now, actually.
Anyway, back to Lemmy!
isn't this just normal? don't all people do this?
Everyone experiences symptoms for conditions like ADHD every once in a while. Only when these symptoms occur often, consistantly, and severely enough to significantly impact your life can it be seen as a sign for a mental disorder.
Everyone has lapses in executive function. It's only human. When it happens everytime, however, it is a sign of a greater problem.
it feels like eveyone I know has been diagnosed with Adhd lately. part of me feels like we're all trying to find reasons for why we're broken and fix it with pills, when it's probably the environment we live in more than ourselves that's the problem.
Dont mix it up with the diagnosed condition. ADHD is more like a weird kind of self-help community for people who want to be productive.
It is a trending buzzword. It will attract more views.
This is the only way I made it through my bachelor and master degrees without medication.
The best way to get anything done

Edit: Fixed link. Thank you, bot!
Hi there! Looks like you linked to a Lemmy community using a URL instead of its name, which doesn't work well for people on different instances. Try fixing it like this: !adhd@lemmy.dbzer0.com
Good bot
