So with all the new materials, shows, books, comics, all the fan edits out there, everying, canon or not, I am really curious about what's everyone's new way of watching and enjoying the Star Wars universe?

The classic trilogy is my favorite, but I realy like the EU Thrawn Trilogy as well. It was really important to know the EU when I was looking for more Star Wars, in those days we didn't have so many content avaliable.
