there are a lot of recreational substances that can stop you up in that area. I did a lot of opiates for a lot of years and you can spend hours trying to empty your bladder.

what I discovered is to dangle the tip of your johnson in some warm water (note - water from the tap can be hot enough to burn you down there so be careful), closer to body temperature the better. relaxes things right up

I had this problem when I did heavy dxm. Sitting there for forever, while still high as god, praying it’ll eventually happen was agony.

If I ever do it again, I’ll give your tip a try!

did DXM give you hemorrhoids? I had a friend that was a robohead and his were pretty bad

Thankfully no, that sounds like it must’ve sucked. I had a couple of really intense weekends, the kind where you go right back up after you start to come down, and found that I messed up my tolerance. And with dxm tolerance is virtually permanent, so that was sort of the end of it.

But now that I know it could’ve caused hemorrhoids… lol I’m kinda glad I stopped.

You could try Flomax. I took it while trying to pass kidney stones, it relaxes the sphincter muscles in your kidneys allowing more to pass out. The warning on the bottle was not to ejaculate while taking it because the load could reverse up into your kidneys since those sphincter muscles normally close during ejaculation.

that's interesting. I don't think it goes up into your kidneys, I believe it goes into your bladder. I remember reading about it as a possible side effect for, I believe, testicular torsion surgery, but they said that it's temporary, and not actually a problem.

I've actually got some in the fridge from a suspected bladder infection from last year. the test came back clean so I never took it. I never considered taking it after partying lol

You are correct it is bladder not the kidneys. It is called retrograde ejaculation.

Either way it wasn't something I wanted to happen so I took a few weeks off wanking while I was in pain from the kidney stones.
