Sorry about this. We know about the issue, and Kaity will be looking at it today. Our matrix instance came under a pretty serious attack by transphobes this last week, and keeping it safe has been our big focus

I recently joined Lemmy on this instance and got the exact same error when trying to upload a profile picture. Hopefully this problem gets fixed soon.

yea, got the same one on jerboa; seems to have issues on uploading other places tho, though it might be unrelated.
