And yes you have to spend it all

Edit: There are a lot of little good things in these answers that I often ignore. Thanks everyone.

Probably pay for whatever activity I can afford with 15$ to spend time with my partner. Love her to bits and enjoy every minute I spend with her.

Literally? Buy some heroin.

Aftermath might not be so good though.

Should've invested in some teeth...

Pretty sure that's meth, not heroin, where your oral health goes to shit because you stop making saliva

[–] thefartographer@lemm.ee 4 points 5 months ago

Oh yeah! I should do more drugs...

Do bags of heroin still go for $15? Apparently illegal street narcotics are inflation-proof!

15 $1 dollar coins stashed around the house for me to stumble upon later.

Hmm. I am not convinced I can be much happier for $15 but a coffee for me, split a breakfast sandwich with my husband in the little Cuban cafe near me. Or buy gas and a diet coke and go by myself, alone, to the beach, that is such a relaxing activity.

Can get a night in a small campsite for about Β£15.

Even cheaper if i'm only taking my tent

Buy some games on discount. I can easily get Fallout 4, or about 7-10 other games on steep discount. PC gaming is the best.

[–] Kachajal@lemmy.ml 4 points 5 months ago

What a cool question, actually.

In my current situation? Probably a coffee date with someone new.

In a hypothetical "blank slate" scenario? Some easy way to play music. An mp3 player or something among those lines.

Alternatively - I could absolutely purchase a used dumb phone for that amount of money, as well as free calls within network for a year (in my country).

Pound of good coffee.

  • Convert it into 1,500 pennies
  • Fashion a slingshot from a balloon, tube, and some tape.
  • Have fun shooting cans, balloons, people, etc.

Buy two and a half carrots. Or maybe a big potato! $15 doesn’t go far these days.
