After quitting my meds last year I got progressively worse due to work stress. Two months ago I almost threw them out but decided to give them another go. I was put on a low dose and improved so much, I didn’t need to add/increase anything. Now I just quit my old job and found an objectively better one in the same field and location. One week in so far and I’m loving it! Stress - gone!

That’s great to hear! Glad you gave it another go. :)
That's amazing, I'm wishing you all the best in your new job!
Thank you for posting this! I feel so much better after spending 4 days in the wilderness. Nature is so regulating and just melts my stress away. re-entry into life was a bit harsh considering one of my dogs had diarrhea all over the house on the carpet right before I came back. but it's all good now, I'm not going to let a little poop ruin my day. Wishing you all a pleasant week ahead!
I’m gonna do my weekly post to you rather than post to myself lol
My focus lately has been shitty. Caffeine not helping. I have a week long virtual class in two weeks to get certified as an internal auditor and my eyes are just glazing over looking at the material. This certification might be a game changer for me work wise so I’m now worried I’ll bomb out.
That sounds like a tough class, my eyes would be glazing over too. I hope you can find the motivation and focus since it would be helpful career wise!
No worries that’s what I’m here for. 😁❤️
Got a refill on medicine 2 weeks ago, but now I'm out of a job (unrelated, laid off). I've got something else lined up, hopefully, but I've got a timer now to find a new place and get health insurance before the supply runs up, or else I'll be stuck with a $250 bill for the visit. Not impossible, but not something I want to do, and it's just something else to stress me out while between jobs. Just needed to vent. Everything should be alright.
