Trump's too stupid to figure out what a SovCit pretends to be and waaaay too lazy to ever bother with the stupid-ass paperwork SovCit's use to try to scam the government and creditors.

That's fine though, SovCits don't learn anything either. They catch snippets that can be summarized as "one weird trick" and then ask for and don't receive further information.
