It's a sad reality that I also participated in the past, but after the deck never again

Cause I would have preferred to buy it on Steam so all my things are in one place.

With a quick Google search it already does with the Epic version, though it's maybe a little janky (which I expect to remain). Valve created Proton, but you can use it outside of Steam.
