Welcome to Food Crimes! This community is here to collect all and any post about cursed food and generally unusual consumables.

Right now, here’s the rules:

  1. Posts must include an image or video containing food or drink.
  2. It must be unusual or cursed in some way. a. For example, something like Doritos Milk would be unusual, but normal milk would not.
  3. No AI posts whatsoever, and any images that were altered (Ex: Photoshop, Gimp) need to be tagged.

How to tag: To tag your posts, please prepend or append the tag name inside square brackets. For example,[OC] Foo bar baz or foo bar baz [Meta] would be acceptable. Multiple tags will require separate pairs of brackets, like so: [Edited][OC] foo bar baz

Here are the current tags:

Fuuuck why does this look like a tapeworm in a glass of water that's been in the sand

[–] Rai@lemmy.dbzer0.com 2 points 5 months ago

Looks like when you squeeze that lump on yer face and it’s not fully liquid and it squeezes out like that

There actually is a cocktail called tapeworm shot that's made this way

I mean i cant even comment on that since here where i live we eat boiled intestines that look even weirder.

That is absolutely NSFL.

Now that's something I can't find any excuse to exist even though I find no rules to be the best rules.

Maybe the taste is not bad, but it looks very recently alive and that's an amount of mayonnaise one can use to dress a bucket of vegetables. Well, not really, but I don't think it's a healthy amount to get in one go for sure.

but it looks very recently alive

Bruh, that's what "fresh" means.
This might as well be 1 of your 5-a-day, it's so fresh

The important thing is for it not to become your last ~~a day~~ ever 🌚

Meh, mayo (fats in general) are far better for you than commonly thought.

It's the glycemic load variability that's a killer, and fats are glycemic stabilizers.

What concerns me more is vinegar in mayo and the rest of contents a bit. I'm not against fats if it's butter, or olive oil, or some such. But mayo is just something too meh for me

Looks like white pepper to me.

It may get that colour after grinding, it's not really all black, after all
