Mods, I don't know how to do a meta post here without violating rule 1, but can you all consider adding a "no politics/geopolitics" rule to the community?

Good question. We’ll talk it over again. The founding mod asked this community about this topic about a year ago. At the time, most of the users here wanted to break free from Reddit’s videos community and allow political videos.

But, that was also before Oct 7th and before the American elections went into overdrive. So, there is a lot more controversial and or highly downvoted content clogging the feed now.
