No, Elon, it wasn't the medium that was at fault. You just have an awful sense of humor.

"Oh it was really funny in the conversation, you just had to be there to appreciate the context." No, it wasn't though. This isn't about the "no place for political violence" schtick either, it just wasn't a good joke.

Lots of people are able to be funny on Twitter. Or, they have been in the past.

Or...he wasn't trying to be funny, but was trying to induce an assassination attempt aimed at Biden or Harris, and hiding behind a fig leaf of "humor" to avoid prosecution.
