The jobs range from opportunities in logistics, education, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, business, hospitality, and more. Employers participating include UPS, FedEx, Dallas County, the city of Dallas, and the city of Irving. The average pay for the jobs available is $21 an hour and some are offering up to $50 an hour.

Not very descriptive and I'm not familiar with how this compares to cost of living, but if the average is $21 then it sounds like there's a good chunk of the offerings that sit a good bit below that...
