I wonder if constant strange weather is going to effect each of our psyche's and well as national mood.
it's known hot weather and windy weather effects us, what if strange weather was a constant
I think it definitely will. If nothing else, wetter, windier days (and longer periods of them) lead to more accidents, disasters, and general chaos. And hotter and hotter days lead to a bigger strain on the power grid, and tougher conditions for the vulnerable and people who can't afford to run air conditioning. Although, at least recently, that seems like it's been happening more in the northern hemisphere and we've been mostly copping the colder and wilder weather
With the weather getting crazier, I wonder if the gen alphas might find it easier to adapt to, having been born into a pandemic and worsening climate change. I wonder if everyone else, millennials and prior especially, will find it trickier to adapt to, having grown up in more consistent weather.
All in all though, I think the cost of living crisis and the lack of housing affordability is going to be the biggest and most immediate burden on everyone's mental health and wellbeing in the future, rather than crazy weather and climate change
