Cat and general ramblesAntibiotics finishing soon… relieved. With the normal routine of mixing meds into wet food morning and night, adding 2x daily antibiotics could have been easy.

Unfortunately bumping the pain meds to 3x daily for the uti spaced the doses out awkwardly and Melbcat stopped accepting medicated food, so I’ve been having to catch and wrestle her 5 times a day.

I have an appointment tomorrow so will be too tired then, but I plan to declutter and sort the bathroom next. The shower stool was a good idea in theory but is actually more of a space hog and a trip hazard.

put the stool in the bath and have one of those small shower heads on a hose , it's what I used to do when my leg was plastered up

and hugs for you and Melbcat, hope she gets better real soon

I don’t actually have a bath. I did try using it but feel safer/more stable on the shower floor and find the stool a bit of an obstacle.

I hope so too. She’s getting heaps of cuddles and the vet has sent her info over to the specialists for if she needs more help
