Unfortunately yes. Kind of embarrassing, but I walked in and sat down. I fully intended on just getting 1 plate with a can of drink, but she was like "you don't want any starter????????!?!?!!!!?!?!?!?!!?", so I got 1 naan bread. But then she said "oh my gosh, you only want 1??? Are you sure?!?! Are you sure you're sure?!?!???", so I got 2. Then for the drink, she seemed disappointed I was only getting a diet coke, so she recommended the mango lassi. I'd never heard of it, so I tried one. Then for the main, I just wanted a small curry on rice, but she convinced me to get a spicy lamb soup with a very large side of saffron rice. Then obviously I skipped dessert.

That's the day I learnt how to say no, because fucking ouch. I had a fair bit of extra money that week, and rather than saving it like a normal person, I decided to just be a silly little idiot and "treat myself", only to not say no to anything and spend a fucking shit ton for a single meal. I'm pretty sure it was actually $68ish and I think they stung me with card fees. Ooft. I did take a fair bit home with me though, but that killed my plans to go see a movie afterwards, because I didn't want it sitting in my bag all night and going off or something
