I have done everything to not have to buy disposable vapes, but the run around and scams with the doctors and pharmacies is an absolute joke.

First you have to pay 90ish bucks for a script, which only allows you to use it at the chemist they are linked to. So every doctor has basically started their own little chemist to dispense the products.

And so if they happen to run out of stock, we'll, you need to pay for another script so you can access the product at another pharmacy/store.

Meanwhile, I've seen more cigarette smokers in the last few weeks, than I've seen in years. And that's not hyperbole.

Everyone is buying disposables, because the system that the government set up is an absolute sham.

So now I'm risking buying stuff from overseas that might get seized at border control, because the disposables are really fucking bad for you. They affect your breathing in a negative way almost instantly.

I've tried the patches, the inhaler, even the medicine. It didn't work for me, because it's really hard to quit something you've been taking for over 20 years on a daily basis.

Well done federal government.

YEP. and people walking through crowds smoking. Or taking it out and having it in your mouth (unlit) waiting for the train doors to open so you can spark up immediately.

See that's weird. I have never rolled on the train, nor had one ready when I exit lol. How stressed by the train are these dudes?

It's a return to the old days of smokers out the front of offices again.

I've also noticed this, as a smoker, that there are waaaaay more people smoking than previously. Young people too, when before it was just older guys usually (and the two old ladies outside the massage and tarot reading joint πŸ˜‚)

Exactly! And kids are getting ciggies from the same places that sell disposable vapes! They're usually cheap black market smokes from China

do the patches, do more of them if you must but please stay away from disposables.

Thankfully my order from the pharmacy came today and I didn't have to resort to disposables. I honestly can't believe how bad they are for my lungs. Literally 1 puff and my chest feels heavy. Teens would have been better off using refillable devices than the disposables.

Theres shops everywhere selling them. I don't see anyone stopping them.

This fucking government has been such a let down.
