I don't like squats so I've stopped doing them. They always feel incredibly awkward and I rather suspect they aggravate my sciatica.

I read this as "goblin squats" and thought it describes the way I squat to pet the cat quite aptly haha

The only squats don't feel horribly awkward on either my back or knees are hack squats but unfortunately my gym doesn't have a hack squat machine.

I'm ok with glute bridges and still do them.
