Spermatozoid that couldn’t be able to fertilise in a natural way. For sure it won’t create any disease or incapacitated newborns, won’t it?

The sperm is not a self-reproducing cell. The chromosomes it carries are not used to make it.

That could happen anyway unless you follow the eugenics path, but that's a completely different story. These nanobots should be seen more like a prosthesis probably, or a walker
