Backdated to include the Ireland match, so will miss England’s first two matches at the WC.

Seems like the right outcome to me, albeit with some added steps.

Seems sensible. Now please can Borthwick, and everyone else in the England camp just accept it, and move on. Or will we have another week of "anyone who knows him, knows he's not a dirty player" and other empty nonsense?

Nonsense is right. He may not be a dirty player, but then there's a fair weight of documentary evidence that suggests he's simply incapable of playing professional rugby to the standard required of him.
