I've reported a few posts on kbin and I'm not sure if they go anywhere. Who reads the reports? Does the report go to the magazine owner? What if hate speech is coming from the owner of a magazine?

Yes, reports go to the magazine owner.
Someone once reported one of my posts in my magazine and I got the alert. I don't know if admins also get reports.

I know the magazine you're talking about (I guess I do at any rate) and popped of a PM to the site Admin but dude is busy busy so who knows when he'll see it.

The one with the holocaust memes, right?
Fuck that guy.

Surely kbin has a better plan for handling this stuff than "PM the admin"? Does this site not have a moderation team? Otherwise anyone who wants to spam ads/hatespeech/etc just needs to create their own magazine or use a magazine with an absentee moderator: Ernest is overworked AF and there's no way he can moderate a site this big alone.

The kbin software doesn't yet support having multiple admins per instance, so that's the main blocker AFAIK.
