This is the best summary I could come up with:

Melanie C and her brother Paul, Gyles Brandreth with Lulu, and Fearne Cotton with Gok Wan are a handful of your TV guides of the week.

10pm, Channel 4 This new series of the gameshow that gives contestants the answers before they get the questions kicks off with a celebrity special in which Chico Slimani, Josie Gibson, Jonathan Ross, Rylan Clark and Oti Mabuse try to win money for charity.

These are just some of the class acts you’ll want to catch from highlights footage of this year’s festival on Glasgow Green, along with Liam Gallagher, the Snuts and Example.

Telling the story of the Von Erich family, a clutch of athletic young men struggling to escape their overbearing father, it’s tragic and heart-rending and – if you’re the right age – unbearably nostalgic.

The Bear’s Jeremy Allen White, as Kerry Von Erich, proves he has a long future outside the show, and Zac Efron is a total revelation as his brother Kevin.

International rugby union: USA v Scotland, 11.15pm, TNT Sports 1From Audi Field in Washington DC.
