Why are hexbear.net and lemmygrad.ml blocked here?

Hexbear even is ahead of us and have a field for pronouns.

This is why. Their sole reason for federation is to brigade, troll, harass, and "dunk on" anyone that doesn't agree with them using bad faith arguments. They're poisonous to any instance federated with them.
