Just curious. The 76 Lemmy community is kinda entirely fucking dead and I'm banned from Reddit so I can't post there. Is there a better place to discuss and chat about 76? I'm feeling lost and somewhat lonely without being able to chat on the subreddit.

Thanks for the write up! I hadn't thought of Green Thumb that way. I guess I'm a herbivore so I value it on all my builds but most don't. I'll start sharing concentrated fire I think, on my rifle build. It's low charisma. I'll continue sharing Rejuvenated. It's a nice passive buff that many overlook.
