Probably because he's sad that people are blocking him.
This has to be the reason
Nah, he wants to boost 'engagement' for his advertisers.
At this point, any advertisers Xitter has left get what they deserve when they spend money on ads there.
My guess is people were blocking Blue users-- now they can't!
So much so that he let them hide it.
He's the only user I have blocked, because of the bug he caused where every post was from him. I suspect that one incident made him the most blocked person on Twitter.
