I have zero interest in this game, so I have no horse in this race, but the censorship does seem a little silly. It’s rated M, are we really so puritan that a little cleavage needs to be covered up?

It is silly but what's even sillier is being legitimately mad at this

Can we just agree that everyone is a little stupid here? Except for us. We are Rad.

I can agree that I am very smart and cool

I am not mad, but I am disappointed in sony on principal. I want to see the game the devs wanted to make. Eventually. If it comes to PC one day.

I read Japan is making them censor the game so that could be part of the reason. The 'Hard R' graffiti is something else.

Correction: It was EA Japan complaining about why the Japanese rating board banned their game but allowed Stellar Blade uncensored.

They didn't. Only 2 weeks ago the Devs were boasting about it being uncensored.

I think they were trying to avoid getting a Cero Z rating in Japan.

Right. In a world of unlimited and free internet porn where every niche is well catered for, what we need to worry about are skimpy swimsuits in games.

Inb4: I don't have any issues with pornography, each to their own. But you can define have too much of a good thing!

From an outside perspective? Yes.
