I made a post in the support channel of the irc, shortly after I noticed it was down. What is the best way to deal with this if it happens again someday?
I don't know.
It seems they mostly monitor the REQUESTS board, but I am not sure if it's actually meant for this. But there's been many such posts, and they've been successful, so I guess that it may be.
I haven't checked their IRC, but perhaps that works too.
