Homemade Sriracha Recipe from image:

2 cups Thai peppers

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup white vinegar

3 garlic cloves

3 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp salt

I was told this product is made by the farmer that supplied peppers to sriracha; I haven't tried it yet.
