Georgia Code §21-2-572 Prohibits voting twice in the same election Any person who votes in more than one precinct in the same primary or election or otherwise fraudulently votes more than once at the same primary or election shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not less than one nor more than 10 years or to pay a fine not to exceed $100,000, or both.
So he's getting sentenced 5 years for each offense, like the woman that thought she voted legally while she was on probation, right?
No, because he's white and she's black
Oh c’mon you make it sound like lifelong Texas republican judge and private security contractor Reuben Gonzales Jr is some kind of racist just because all available evidence points to that.
BLACK woman. It is an important detail.
The article doesn't state he voted multiple times in the same election;it appears to be saying he voted in multiple elections across several years while he was ineligible to vote.
How is the existence of this law germane to the subject of this article, or discussion of the article here?
