Edit: This joke won't age well because once it has passed 5050 It will no longer be about the future and uncertainty because it will be about the past.
Edit 2: kinda like how hindsight is 2020. It is now, because we know what happened then. And we are quite unlikely to forget it.

Pretty sure it's a reference to Van Halen's Hot For Teacher
Okay, that would explain why I don't know it.
That was a joke in reference to the Van Halen album 5150, which in fact did not include the track Hot for Teacher, as that was on the album 1984, and I was being facetious.
5150 is also the name of Eddie (and subsequently Wolfgang) Van Halen's recording studio where 1984 and many other seminal albums were recorded.
The studio was named after Section 5150 of the Welfare Code of California which allows officers or mental health professionals to detain individuals for involuntary psychiatric holds.
You know it's "hindsight is 20/20" though, right? Like" hindsight is perfect vision"

And the fella who posted this didn’t know it was 50/50, he thought people were talking about the future year 5050 and not odds.
You know, because it’s so far away it could be good or bad and no 1 nos.
