Not to scrutinize a meme, but can you point to text of this bill which would support what it is implying? Legimiately curious because fuck TikTok, but those changes would certainly give me pause.

Here you go.

This is obviously government overreach, regardless of how you feel about the platform. You can see that the bill is not just about Tik Tok and can and will easily be abused by our government. For that, I'd ask you to read up on things like McCarthyism and the Patriot Act. This is more of the same.
