I mean, it seems pretty easy to do. That way we could diffrenciate between users much easier and help it feel more like a community.

I'm on a desktop browser and I just went to try to work out how to upload an avatar on reddit. I really struggled!

I found I could create a "snoovatar" easily enough. Found that option on both old reddit and new reddit.

I couldn't find the option to upload a profile image at all on old reddit, and on new reddit I finally found it in the user settings, basically the same place as lemmy has it.

Did I miss something? Or were you referring to the "snoovatar" thing?

Oh. They might have changed it. Tbh I haven't changed my avatar on reddit for years lmao
